Jasmine Milk Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp jasmine flower
- 2 cups hot water
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1 Cup milk
- For serving:
- tapioca boba pearls
- crushed ice
- Add the dried jasmine flower to a large tea pot.
- Boil the water and pour the water over the jasmine flower and leave to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain out the jasmine flowers
- Add honey, milk and give it a stir
- Cover with a lid and place in the fridge to cool overnight.
- Add cooked tapioca boba pearls to a tall glass.
- Add crushed ice, pour in jasmine milk tea and serve.
