The raspberry rose lemon cocktail is ideal for sipping on in the summertime or for any special summer holidays or events like barbecues, graduation parties, or birthday celebrations. It’s brimming with tart and refreshing flavors and is finished off with a gorgeous rose petal and sugar rim.
Raspberry Rose Lemon Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 4 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- To make the raspberry rose syrup, add sugar, water, dried rose petals, and raspberries to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Strain into an airtight container.
- Prepare cocktail glass, coat the rims of the glass with a lemon juice and dip into the sugar and rose petals, until coated.
- In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, lemon juice, Raspberry Rose Syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into prepared cocktail glasses.
- If desired, garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.
