Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Add the dried butterfly pea flowers to a cup and pour over boiling water.
- Give a stir and let the flowers steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea with a mesh strainer and discard the flowers. Add sugar or lemon, if using.
- Serve the tea warm or cold, enjoy!
