Rose Tea with Lemon Recipe

A delightful blend of a refreshing drink and ice cream, this non-alcoholic rose and lemon beverage is a lovely choice for any occasions.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
- 80 ml Hot Water
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Honey
- Pink Food Coloring
- 120 ml Sparkling Water
- Lemon Sorbet
- Ice Cubes
- Edible Rose Petals, to garnish
Method
- Steep dried rose petals into a hot water for 3-5 minutes, then allow the tea to cool.
- Pour rose tea, lemon juice, honey, and a few drops of pink food colouring into a glass.
- Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
- Place a scoop of lemon sorbet into a glass.
- Garnish with rose petals and enjoy!
