Rose Tea with Lemon Recipe

A delightful blend of a refreshing drink and ice cream, this non-alcoholic rose and lemon beverage is a lovely choice for any occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
  • 80 ml Hot Water
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Honey
  • Pink Food Coloring
  • 120 ml Sparkling Water
  • Lemon Sorbet
  • Ice Cubes
  • Edible Rose Petals, to garnish

Method

  1. Steep dried rose petals into a hot water for 3-5 minutes, then allow the tea to cool.
  2. Pour rose tea, lemon juice, honey, and a few drops of pink food colouring into a glass.
  3. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
  4. Place a scoop of lemon sorbet into a glass.
  5. Garnish with rose petals and enjoy!
