Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 2 teaspoon Butterfly Pea Flower
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in the kettle.
- Pour water into the Tea kettle and add butterfly pea flowers to the insulated infuser.
- Steep for 3 minutes. Then strain the tea and discard the flowers.
Serving Tea
- To Serve Hot: Pour the tea into the cup and add honey and lemon juice and enjoy!
- To Serve Cold: Half-full the glass with ice cubes. Then pour tea into the glasses and add honey and lemon juice, and enjoy!
