Rose Bubble Tea Recipe

Refreshing and sweet, this Rose Boba Tea is loaded with floral notes and chewy boba.
It makes a great summer drink and will be better than the one at your local Boba place in benefit and flavor!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 teaspoon Dried rose petals
- 1/2 cup Water hot
- 1 cup Boba
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rose Syrup
- 1 1/2 cup Cold almond milk
- Dried rose petals (Garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
To make the tea:
- In a cup add warm water and add dried rose petals. Let steep for 5 mins.
- Remove the rose petals from the steeped tea and discard.
To make the boba:
- Heat water in a pan and add boba. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 18-20 minutes. Stir intermittently to avoid it from sticking. Cook till the boba are soft.
- Add some honey and mix well.
- Turn down the heat and let the boba cool.
To assemble the tea:
- In a glass, add boba and rose syrup. Then add ice.
- Pour in almond milk and top with the brewed tea.
- Decorate with some dried rose petals.
