Rose Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 drops rose water
  • 1 drop red food coloring
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • Edible rose petals for garnish


Instructions :

  1. In a large bowl whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Slowly pour in sweetened condensed milk, rose water, food coloring, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer safe container. Freeze for 12 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
